STUDENT RECYCLING

All Mercyhurst upperclassmen are provided with individual apartment recycling bins.  Please use them for this purpose only; recycling bins are property of Mercyhurst College; you will be charged for their disappearance at the end of the academic year.

Please mix your recycling materials in the one bin provided to you; plastic/aluminum/glass/paper can all go together.

Recycling must be deposited in the recycling dumpster nearest your apartment marked "Recycled Materials Only." 

Bags for your recycling will be supplied by your RA. 

Freshmen: please do your best to recycle everything (paper, cans, plastic, cardboard) in the large recycling bins located on your floor. 

If you need bins in your apartment or, for freshmen, on your floor, please call Maintenance at ext. 2273.

RECYCLING IS NOT OPTIONAL AT MERCYHURST.
